Megan Thee Stallion just shared graphic photos of her, apparently in a hospital after the alleged shooting incident with Tory Lanez, and they seem to back up her implicit claims that she was shot in the foot (and, perhaps, that Tory shot her). At this point, it's looking like Megan really was shot, and that she didn't just step on glass and get cut as was initially reported. Only time will tell, however, how the entire night unfolded.
